Agreement and operator
These Terms govern your use of usecreable, operated by usecreable LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact: support@usecreable.com.
By creating an account, you accept these Terms. Campaign briefs and the commercial conditions shown and accepted for a specific operation supplement them. Specific agreed conditions govern that operation, subject to mandatory law. Our Privacy notice explains data use; optional tracking consent is a separate choice.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into the relevant agreement. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so. Provide accurate account, social, payment and tax information, keep credentials secure and tell us promptly about unauthorized access. Organization administrators are responsible for the invitations and permissions they manage.
You may connect only accounts you control or are authorized to manage. Do not impersonate another person, transfer access to bypass restrictions, misuse invitations or circumvent verification and security measures.
What the platform provides
usecreable supports collaboration among creators, brands and agencies: campaign discovery and management, content delivery and publication tracking, performance verification and payment workflows. Registration does not guarantee admission to a campaign, acceptance of a submission, a minimum number of views or earnings.
Before joining or funding a campaign, review its platform and profile requirements, deliverables, deadlines, publication duration, compensation, limits and content rights. The accepted campaign conditions determine what is owed. Campaign updates do not automatically rewrite already accepted work or earned compensation. Each party remains responsible for its own obligations and the accuracy and lawfulness of its materials.
Content and acceptable conduct
You must have the rights and permissions needed for content, music, images, names, likenesses, voices and other material you upload or publish. Respect applicable advertising-disclosure requirements and the rules of the social platforms you use. AI-generated material must not infringe third-party rights, mislead unlawfully or impersonate someone without authorization.
Do not submit unlawful or infringing material, manipulate views or engagement, buy artificial interactions, fabricate identity or metrics, exploit defects, introduce malicious software or evade campaign limits. Do not place unnecessary sensitive information in briefs, feedback or screenshots. Tell support about suspected misuse or infringement, identifying the material and the reason for your report.
Verification, moderation and disputes
Content and metrics may be checked automatically, by the campaign organization and by authorized staff. Checks include whether a post exists, belongs to a connected account, remains accessible and meets the campaign's requirements, and whether its engagement appears authentic. External APIs and automated analysis can be incomplete or wrong.
A submission can be rejected, put under review or disqualified under the applicable campaign and fraud rules. Earnings may remain pending during the verification period shown for the work. Estimated, tracking or pending amounts are not necessarily available to withdraw. Removing a required post or disconnecting an account may prevent verification and affect compensation according to the accepted conditions.
You can challenge a decision or payment at support@usecreable.com, identify the campaign or transaction and provide relevant evidence. You may ask for human review of automated decisions. We may request information needed to investigate; disputed funds may remain unavailable while the issue is resolved where permitted by the agreement and law. Correction of a verified error is not a permission to change unrelated earned compensation.
Prices, funding and creator payouts
The price, currency, applicable taxes, platform fees and net amount shown before you confirm an operation govern that operation. Fees may vary by operation or agreement. A later price change does not retrospectively change a completed transaction. You are responsible for your applicable tax and invoicing obligations.
Payment and payout services are provided through Stripe and are subject to its applicable terms, verification requirements, supported countries and processing times. You may need to complete identity or business checks. Payouts require an eligible payout account, sufficient available balance and the minimum, frequency and verification limits displayed in the application. A processor delay or an incomplete verification can delay availability.
The wallet is an accounting view of funds and credits associated with platform operations; it is not an interest-bearing bank account. Pending earnings and promotional credit are different from withdrawable funds. Credit-offer restrictions and any expiry must be disclosed with the offer. These Terms do not introduce a general expiry for earned balances.
Campaign closure, unused funds and refunds
Closing a campaign does not cancel valid obligations for work already accepted or amounts owed to creators. Under the platform's campaign-closing flow, the eligible unspent campaign budget is credited to the brand or agency wallet after accounting for committed amounts. This wallet credit is not itself a refund to the original payment method.
For duplicate or erroneous charges, cancellation, unused wallet funds or a request to return money to the original payment method, contact support with the transaction details. The outcome depends on the transaction, services already performed, amounts properly owed to other parties and applicable law. Any retained fee must have a contractual or legal basis; these Terms do not declare all payments non-refundable. Statutory refund and withdrawal rights take precedence over the ordinary wallet flow.
If you purchase as an EU/EEA consumer and statutory withdrawal rules apply, you generally have 14 days from concluding a service contract to withdraw by sending a clear statement to support. Starting performance early, charging proportionately for work already performed or loss of a withdrawal right requires the conditions and express requests or acknowledgements required by law. Account creation or general acceptance of these Terms alone does not waive those rights. Mandatory remedies for non-conforming services remain available.
Ownership and permitted use of content
Creators and other rightsholders retain ownership of their content unless an explicit separate agreement provides otherwise. Uploading content grants usecreable a non-exclusive permission, for as long as necessary to provide the service and preserve lawful records, to host, copy, process, generate technical previews and make it available to authorized campaign participants. We may use our service providers for those operations. This permission does not independently authorize us to sell your content or use your likeness in unrelated advertising.
Rights granted to a brand or agency follow the campaign conditions accepted by the creator: the permitted purpose, media, duration, territory, editing and paid-advertising use must come from that agreement. If an additional use, exclusivity or copyright transfer was not agreed, access to or payment for a file does not alone grant it. The default permission is limited to using the deliverable for the campaign purposes actually agreed; broader reuse needs the rightsholder's permission. Unpurchased previews do not grant a production-use license. You are responsible for retaining copies of materials you need; availability follows the service's storage and retention rules.
External services and availability
Social networks, sign-in providers, payment services and linked communities apply their own terms. API changes, account restrictions or outages can affect the platform's functions and the availability of external metrics. We use reasonable care to operate the service, but do not promise uninterrupted access, particular campaign results or future income. Training content is informational and does not guarantee earnings.
Suspension, closure and responsibility
We may restrict access or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to investigate violations, fraud, security risks or legal obligations. We will provide reasons and an opportunity to challenge the decision where appropriate and legally permitted. You can request account closure through support. Closure does not automatically cancel outstanding payments, ongoing disputes or valid content licenses; personal data is handled under the Privacy notice.
Each party is responsible for its own unlawful conduct and breach of agreed obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. We do not impose a blanket waiver of claims for our own misconduct.
Governing rules and changes
To the extent a choice of law is permitted, these Terms are governed by Wyoming law, without depriving you of mandatory protections of the law that otherwise applies, including consumer protections in your country of habitual residence. Disputes may be brought before the courts competent under applicable law; no mandatory arbitration or exclusive foreign forum is imposed by these Terms.
We may update these Terms for changes to the service or law. Material changes will be communicated before they apply where required, and a fresh acceptance requested when necessary. Changes do not retrospectively alter completed transactions or existing campaign rights without a valid basis. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
